Wasn't expecting much from a 3ml foil but it's plenty for a couple uses. The cassia bark extract gives a nice warm tingle without the harsh menthol burn I've had from other warming glides. Definitely grabbing the full size.

The cinnamon warmth from the cassia bark extract is a nice slow build rather than that harsh menthol burn I've had from other warming glides. A little goes a long way even from the small foil packet.

The warming kicks in gradually rather than all at once, which I liked. Nice that it uses cassia bark extract instead of menthol, so no tingling burn. The 3ml foil was enough for one go but I wish it came bigger.
