Sprayed two pumps about fifteen minutes before and the difference in how long I lasted was honestly surprising. I like that it's all herbal with no anesthetics, so I still felt everything instead of going numb.
I was skeptical about a spray with no anesthetics in it, but the herbal formula actually works without any numbing feeling. Two sprays and I lasted way longer than usual, and there was none of that dead sensation you get with other products.
Three sprays was plenty for me, and the effect kicked in within about ten minutes. Only downside is the bottle is smaller than I expected for the price, but since I barely need any per use that's not a dealbreaker.
