Wasn't sure about the water-based formula at first, but it absorbs cleanly and doesn't leave that sticky film. The progressive warming really does build up and makes everything feel more sensitive without being overwhelming.
The warming kicks in slowly over a few minutes rather than hitting all at once, which I actually preferred. It's water-based so it cleans off easy and doesn't leave that sticky film.
