Bought this for me and my partner and the difference was noticeable right away, it actually helped me last longer without dulling things too much. The 50ml bottle is a good size too, we've used it several times and barely made a dent.
The water-based formula absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any sticky residue, which was my main worry. It gave me way more control than I expected without killing the sensation, and cleanup is just a rinse.
Applied about ten minutes before and it did take the edge off without killing the sensation completely. The pump bottle is handy for controlling how much comes out, though the gel stays a bit sticky until it dries.
