Water-based and not sticky at all, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It stays slick long enough without needing to reapply every few minutes, and the coconut fragrance is subtle rather than overpowering.
The coconut scent is what sold me and it doesn't disappoint, light and tropically without being overpowering. As a water-based formula it stays slick for a good while instead of getting tacky, which was my main worry.
