The faux leather strands have a nice weight to them, and you can switch from light teasing to something much firmer just by how you swing it. Handle feels solid in the hand too, no slipping even when things get going.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the faux leather has a surprisingly soft feel while still giving a solid sting when you want it. The strands spread out nicely for lighter warm-up taps, then hold together for the harder stuff.

The faux leather strands have a nice weight to them and give a good sting without feeling cheap. I like that I can adjust how hard I swing depending on my mood.
