I wasn't sure the full-size build would feel realistic, but the suction on this thing genuinely surprised me. Switching between the vaginal and anal openings gives two very different sensations, and cleanup afterward was easier than I expected.
The dual entry really makes a difference, you can switch between vaginal and anal without repositioning anything. The suction builds up nicely too and feels surprisingly close to the real thing.
