At 0.045 mm you genuinely forget you're wearing one, and that's coming from someone who usually notices latex right away. No annoying roll-down during use either, which was my main worry with something this thin.
I was skeptical about the 0.045 mm claim, but you really do feel the difference compared to standard ones. The latex is thin yet held up fine, no breaks or issues at all.
These really do feel thinner than the standard ones I usually grab, and the difference is noticeable right away. My only gripe is the packaging is a bit fiddly to open in a hurry, but the 0.045 mm latex itself holds up fine.
