What surprised me most is the velvety silicone — way softer against the skin than I expected, and the textured surface really does add something. I've mostly been using the lower speed levels and there's plenty of range to play with.

The ten vibration modes are genuinely different from each other, not just tiny variations. I've been using the lowest speed most often and it's still plenty strong. The velvety silicone feels nice, though it does pick up lint if you're not careful where you store it.

Wasn't sure the textured surface would make much difference but it really does. Being able to dial through 10 vibration modes and 9 speeds means I found my exact setting within minutes. Charging is quick too, which I appreciated.
