The pressure wave setting took me a minute to get used to, but once I found my rhythm it was honestly better than anything with vibration. The buttons are easy to reach without looking, which matters more than I expected.

The pressure waves are way more intense than I expected from something this small, and the silicone head is genuinely soft against skin. The buttons took a minute to figure out but now it's second nature.

The silicone head is genuinely soft and the ergonomic shape fits comfortably in my hand, which made the first few tries way easier than expected. Only downside is the buttons take some getting used to since the pressure settings ramp up fast.
