Wasn't sure about the whole double-position thing at first, but wearing it around both the base and the glans genuinely made things feel firmer and last longer. The head stimulation is a nice bonus I didn't expect to notice as much.

The double placement really does make a difference — wearing it both at the base and around the head gives a firmer, longer-lasting feel than I expected. The head stimulation is the part I didn't anticipate enjoying so much. Worth trying if you want something a bit more intense.
