The cotton blend has a nice soft feel and doesn't dig into the skin like cheaper rope does. Held up fine through some pretty enthusiastic tugging too.
The cotton-terylene mix feels soft in the hand but doesn't stretch at all when you pull it tight, which is exactly what I wanted. Used it for a longer session and it held up without fraying or slipping.
Bought this for a weekend away and the cotton-terylene mix holds knots well without digging in. Only gripe is it takes a bit of work to undo some of the tighter ties.
