Wasn't sure the cross shape would sit right on a smaller chest but it actually molds to the curve without any gaping. The adhesive held through a whole evening and peeled off gently.

Wore these under a sheer top for a night out and they stayed put all evening, no shifting at all. The cross shape actually molds to my chest instead of digging in, which I didn't expect from pasties.
