Fun Factory Smartballs - 凱格爾球

Three weeks in and I can actually feel the difference during workouts, which I didn't expect. The weighted inner balls give a nice subtle resistance that makes the exercises feel like they're doing something.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the rolling inner balls give this a subtle feedback that makes the exercises way less boring. Doing a few sets while watching TV has become a habit, and I can already tell the difference.

I was skeptical about whether these would actually stay put, but the weighted balls feel secure even during a walk around the block. After a few weeks of daily use I've noticed a real difference in how strong my pelvic floor feels.
