Fun Factory - Smartball Uno - 凱格爾球 - 黑色

Wasn't sure I'd stick with these, but the internal weighted ball makes it oddly effortless — it just rolls and shifts as I walk around the house doing chores. Barely notice I'm wearing them until later.

The weighted inner ball actually moves when I walk, which makes these way less tedious than plain kegel exercises. Only gripe is they're a bit slick to insert at first, but once in place they stay put through a whole dog walk.

Bought these to actually do my pelvic floor exercises without remembering to squeeze, and the internal weight does the work for you. Wore them on a grocery run and felt the gentle rolling the whole time, though the silicone picks up lint like crazy so rinse before each use.
