Wasn't sure about the flat base at first but it sits comfortably and stays put, which honestly makes the whole thing way less fuss than I expected. The rolling motion from those two weights is subtle but genuinely different from vibration.

The two inner weights really do create a rolling motion that's way more interesting than plain vibration. The flat base keeps it secure and comfortable for longer wear, which I didn't expect to matter as much as it does.

Wasn't sure about the flat base at first but it sits comfortably and stays put. The two weighted balls move with me instead of buzzing, which feels way more natural than a vibrating plug.
