I was worried the 6 cm would be too much right away, but working up through the spheres makes it surprisingly comfortable. The suction base actually holds firm on a smooth surface instead of sliding around, which I didn't expect at this price.
The graduated spheres really do make insertion easier — I went slow and the increasing diameter felt natural rather than jarring. The jelly surface has a bit more grip than I expected, so a little lube goes a long way.
