The three pyramid sections give you a nice sense of progression, so it's not just one size the whole way in. I started with just the first section and worked my way down over a couple of weeks. The jelly material has a bit of give to it, which made the whole thing way less intimidating than I expect

Wasn't sure about the three pyramid sections at first, but the way the intensity builds gradually actually makes it easy to work up to. The jelly material feels smooth and warms up quickly, so nothing feels harsh.
