The PVC has a nice realistic feel to it, and the skin folds along the shaft genuinely make a difference compared to smoother ones I've tried. It bends easily enough to stay put in different positions without losing shape.
The suction base holds surprisingly well on the shower wall and the PVC has a bit of give, so it bends into whatever angle I need instead of staying stiff. Cleanup is easy too.
