I wasn't expecting the texture to make such a difference, but combined with the two ends hitting at once it's honestly the best I've tried. The clitoral and vaginal stimulation together is intense in the good way.
The dual stimulation actually works well once you find the right angle, but it took me a few tries to get comfortable with the positioning. The texture adds a nice extra sensation that I wasn't expecting.
