Wasn't sure about the adjustable tension clamps at first, but being able to dial them down made the whole thing way more comfortable than I expected. The PU strap adjusts easily and actually stays put.
Wasn't sure about the whole setup at first, but the adjustable tension on the nipple clamps is what sold me — you can go from a light tease to something serious without swapping anything out. The PU strap adjusts far enough that it actually stays put, which I didn't expect at this price.
The silicone on the mouthpiece is genuinely soft, no harsh edges digging in, and the PU strap adjusts easily to fit right. The tension screws on the clamps actually hold where you set them instead of slipping. Solid set for the price.
