I went with the more elaborate sleeve shape and the difference is obvious the moment you use it. The soft material feels great and the varied internal texture keeps it interesting instead of the same sensation throughout.
The internal sleeve texture is the standout here, way more interesting than the smooth ones I've tried before. It takes a bit of lube to get going but once it's set up the stimulation is exactly what I was after.
I got the Dragon One expecting the usual soft feel, but the internal sleeve texture is way more varied than I thought and the different fantasy pattern makes a noticeable difference. Cleaning takes a bit longer than a simple tube, but honestly worth it for how good the stimulation feels.
