I was skeptical about the leaf shape at first, but the five progressive weights let me actually feel myself getting stronger week by week. The ergonomic design sits comfortably and I can tell I'm targeting the right muscles now.
The stem on these makes removal so much easier than the plain balls I tried before. I started with the lightest leaf and worked up over a few weeks, and the shape sits comfortably without slipping.
The five progressive weights make it easy to actually feel yourself getting stronger instead of guessing. The little stem on each ball is a small thing but it genuinely makes removal way less awkward.
