The tulle is so light I honestly forgot I had it on, and the elastic band stayed put all evening without digging in. The little bow and ruffles make it feel romantic without being over the top.
Wore this under a dress for a date night and the elastic band stayed put all evening without digging in. The little bow and soft rouches give it that romantic look without feeling overdone.
The tulle is really soft and the rouches hold their shape nicely instead of flopping flat. The elastic band sits comfortably on the thigh without digging in, and the little bow adds just the right romantic touch.
