Waterdicht.
I've been using these consistently for about six weeks and the pelvic-strength difference is real — no more little leaks when I sneeze. The smooth silicone makes daily use comfortable, and they're easy to clean.
I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing but these little balls are surprisingly easy to insert and hold. Been doing the exercises daily and I can already feel my pelvic muscles working harder than before.
Using them consistently for a few weeks now and I can feel the pelvic muscles getting stronger, plus no more little leaks when I sneeze. The weighted balls are comfortable enough for daily use, though I wish the cord were slightly longer for easier removal.
