The veining and testicles make it look way more realistic than the plain ones I've tried, and the elastic harness actually stays put instead of digging in. Hollow inside so it's comfortable for both of us, which was the whole reason I picked this one.
Wasn't sure the hollow design would feel sturdy but it holds its shape nicely once the elastic harness is on. The realistic shape actually made the whole thing feel less awkward than I expected.
The veined texture and the balls make it feel way less like a toy, honestly. The elastic harness held everything steady even when things got a bit wild, which I didn't expect at this price.
