The little ball rolling under the smooth silicone is the part that surprised me — it's a totally different sensation from vibration alone. I mostly use it as a warm-up and it does the job in minutes.
I wasn't sure about the whole "support" shape at first, but the smooth silicone sits perfectly still against me and I don't have to hold it. The moving ball underneath is surprisingly gentle rather than buzzy.
The little ball moving under the surface is what sold me — it's a totally different sensation from buzzing alone, softer and more teasing. Used it for the first time last night and the smooth silicone felt great with just a bit of lube. Genuinely surprised how quickly it got me there.
