I've been using these for about three weeks now and I can already feel my pelvic muscles working harder during the exercises. The weighted balls stay put even when I'm walking around doing chores, which I wasn't expecting.

I've been using these for about three weeks now and the difference in my pelvic floor strength is noticeable already. The smooth surface makes them comfortable enough to wear during my morning routine, and I like that they're easy to clean afterward.
