Wasn't expecting much, but the warmth from the niacin kicks in after about five minutes and really builds things up. I used one pump and it made the whole experience noticeably more intense.
One pump was plenty — anything more and it would've been too intense for me. The niacin gives this warm tingling rush that builds slowly rather than all at once, which I actually preferred. Not something I'd use every time, but for a longer session it's worth it.
