Wasn't sure these little pads would really hold anything in place, but they grip the strap insert firmly and nothing shifts mid-use. Cheap enough that I bought a spare set, and cleanup is way easier than I expected.

I grabbed a few of these pads to go with the doggie style strap and they really do keep everything locked in place instead of sliding around. For how cheap they are, I wasn't expecting them to grip this well.

Wasn't sure these little pads would make much difference, but the dildo actually stays put now instead of slipping around mid-use. They slide right into the doggie style strap and pillow case without any fiddling.
