Didn't expect much honestly, but it genuinely made things easier and more comfortable back there. The all-natural part sold me since I'm wary of numbing stuff, and it did the job without any weird tingling.
The spray format is so much less fuss than gels I've tried, and it absorbs fast instead of leaving everything sticky. Two sprays was plenty for comfortable, easier rear action and there was zero stinging. All-natural was a big plus for me too.
