Wasn't sure about the side screw at first, but being able to dial the pressure in tiny increments makes it way less intimidating than it looks. The metal feels solid and the rounded tips mean no pinching.

The metal tips are rounded off, which made it way less intimidating for a first try than I expected. The side screw lets you fine-tune the pressure super gradually, so we never had to guess. Honestly a solid little piece for the price.
