The slightly curved cannula makes this way easier to use than the straight one I had before, and it doesn't feel harsh at all. The bulb holds plenty of water so I'm not refilling halfway through.
The non-slip grip on the bulb is a nice touch, my hand didn't slip once even with soapy water everywhere. The nozzle is smooth and sturdy, which makes the whole thing feel way less flimsy than I expected.
The slightly curved nozzle makes positioning way easier than I expected, and it's smooth enough that insertion isn't uncomfortable at all. Cleaning takes just a couple minutes once you get the hang of squeezing the bulb steadily.
