Didn't expect Kegel exercises to actually feel good, but the rolling metal spheres shifting around as I move make the whole routine way easier to stick with. Barely two weeks in and I can already hold the contractions noticeably longer.
Started doing Kegels after my second pregnancy and these were exactly what I needed to stay consistent. The metal spheres roll smoothly with every movement, so I actually feel the muscles working instead of just going through the motions.
The rolling metal balls inside give a really noticeable internal massage, way more than I expected from something this simple. I've been using them for about ten minutes a day and my pelvic floor exercises actually feel effective now instead of just guesswork.
