Didn't expect the smooth purple surface to feel this comfortable during daily Kegel sessions. The rotating sphere gives me a bit of resistance I can actually control, and after two weeks I notice the difference.
Used it for two weeks of Kegel exercises and the pelvic floor difference is noticeable already. The rotating sphere moves smoothly and stays comfortable during longer sessions, which surprised me.
The rotating ball inside really does make the Kegel exercises feel more effective than just squeezing on my own. I've been using it for about ten minutes a day and it's surprisingly comfortable to insert, though you do need to stay still while it moves.
