I was unsure about switching from pads but the silicone is genuinely soft and I barely feel it after a few minutes. Being able to pick between the three sizes made the first try way less intimidating.
The three different sizes actually came in handy, I used the smaller one on lighter days and the medium fit perfectly the rest of the time. The silicone feels soft and I didn't have any irritation, which was my main worry with Abs cups.
I've tried a few cups before and always struggled to find one that felt right, but having the three sizes (from the 6.8 cm up to the 8.2 cm one) meant I could figure out what actually worked for me. The silicone is genuinely soft and I forgot I was wearing it after a while.
