La Penis Pasta di
Spencer & Fleetwood
Served these at a dinner party and the shape got a bigger reaction than the food. The durum wheat semolina holds up well too, kept a firm bite after ten minutes in boiling water.
I didn't expect the shape to actually hold its form this well after boiling—ten minutes and it stayed perfectly intact on the plate. The semolina flour gives it a nice firm bite too, not mushy at all.
The durum wheat semolina really holds up — I cooked it to al dente and it kept its shape without going mushy. Served it at a dinner party and the shape was the whole conversation.
