The ginseng and ginkgo mix gives a nice warming tingle that builds up gradually rather than all at once. I've been using it a couple of times a week and the difference in sensitivity is noticeable.
The ginkgo and ginseng base gives it a warm tingling feel that lasts a while after you rub it in. I've been using it a few times a week for about a month and it's become part of the routine without any irritation.
Using it regularly like the instructions say actually made a difference after a couple of weeks, not overnight. The cream spreads easily and doesn't leave that greasy feeling, which I appreciated.
