The smooth, tapered cannula makes insertion genuinely comfortable, which was my main worry. The rubber bulb holds a good amount of water and is easy to squeeze, so the whole thing feels solid rather than flimsy.
Filling the rubber bulb takes a bit of squeezing but the pressure is steady and easy to control. The cannula glides in comfortably thanks to how smooth and tapered it is, no scratching at all.
The rubber bulb holds a good amount and gives smooth, even pressure, no surprise bursts. The tapered cannula glides in easily and the smooth finish is a lot more comfortable than I expected.
