I was worried the elastic would dig in, but it's actually comfortable for the whole session. The adjustable belt really holds everything steady, and the suction base fits my 80mm dildo without any wobble.
The elastic waistband really holds everything in place, and I was surprised that the suction cup base fits snugly even with my 80mm dildo. Wore it for over an hour and it never dug in or slipped.
The elastic waistband adjusts enough to fit comfortably, though I did have to fiddle with it a bit to get the tension right. Holds a 90 mm suction-cup dildo without slipping, which was my main worry.
