The medical-grade silicone is genuinely comfortable, no irritation even after wearing the lightest one for a couple hours. I worked up to the heavier weight over about two weeks and definitely notice the difference during sex.
The three different weights make it easy to work up gradually instead of jumping straight to the heaviest one. I've been using the middle size for about two weeks and the silicone is soft enough that it's actually comfortable, not a chore.
The three different weights make it easy to start light and work up, and the medical-grade silicone feels smooth going in. I've been using the heaviest one for about two weeks and already notice the difference during sex.
