I stuck these on under a sheer top for a night out and the little black ribbons actually held everything in place all evening. The rhinestones catch the light way more than I expected for the price, and the heart shape sits flat instead of puckering.

The heart shape with the silver rhinestones catches the light way more than I expected, even in dim room lighting. The black ribbons stayed tied all night without slipping, which honestly surprised me.

The heart shape with the little rhinestones caught the light nicely at a party, and the black ribbons held everything in place all night. Only thing is the adhesive starts to loosen after a few hours, so keep spares if you're out long.
