The fringe ends give a nice soft sting instead of a sharp crack, which is exactly what I was after. Length is easy to control with the handle, so it works for lighter play too.
Bought this for a bit of fun and the frange tips give a nice soft sting instead of something harsh. The handle feels solid in the hand and it's light enough to use for a while without my arm getting tired.
The franges on the ends are surprisingly soft, so it works for lighter play without leaving harsh marks. We've used it a few times now and the fall lands exactly where I aim it.
