Wasn't sure the suction would actually feel strong, but the cups pull a real vacuum with each lift of the lever and my chest looks noticeably fuller after a session. The handle motion takes a little getting used to, but honestly it's become part of the ritual now.
The lever handle is what sold me — every lift pulls real air out of the cups and the pressure stays put instead of leaking away. I've noticed a visible difference after a few weeks of regular use.
The suction builds up fast with each lift of the lever, way stronger than I expected from something this simple. Cups stayed sealed the whole time and the release valve makes it easy to control the pressure.
