Wasn't sure about the breathable holes at first, but they really do make it easier to relax into longer sessions. The black finish looks sharp and the ball itself is solid without being too heavy. Genuinely glad I went with this one.

The holes actually make a difference—I could breathe through my nose the whole time without feeling panicky. The ball is firm but the strap adjusts easily enough that it stayed put. Simple design, does exactly what it should.
