Wasn't sure about the raised bumps all over the surface at first, but they made a real difference for both of us. The fit stays snug and the erection lasted noticeably longer than usual.
The texture on this one is way more intense than my old smooth sleeve, and the raised bumps along the whole surface made a noticeable difference for both of us. It stayed put during use and the extra girth gave things a fuller feel without feeling bulky.
I was a bit skeptical about the ribbed surface at first, but the extra stimulation made a real difference for both of us. It also helped me last noticeably longer than usual.
