The combined gag and clamp setup surprised me — the silicone mouthpiece stays comfortable for longer sessions, and the clamps add tension you actually control. Took a minute to figure out the right adjustment, but once it's set it holds well.
The silicone gag has a nice firm feel without being harsh, and the clamps hold steady through some shifting around. Partner and I used it for a whole evening and everything stayed comfortable enough to keep going.
Didn't expect the clamps to be this adjustable, honestly — you can dial the tension way down so it's more of a tease than anything intense. The silicone mouthpiece cleans up in seconds too, which matters more than I thought it would.
