I was a bit nervous trying these for the first time, but the four-point squeeze gives such an even, intense pressure that I was hooked within minutes. Being able to adjust each one separately means you can go as tight or as gentle as you want.
The screw mechanism lets you dial in the pressure exactly where you want it, which I appreciated way more than I expected. The four points grip evenly instead of pinching in one spot, so longer sessions stay comfortable-ish.
Wasn't sure about the four-point squeeze at first, but the pressure lands right where it should without pinching the skin. They hold tight even when I move around, which is more than I can say for the clip-on kind I tried before.
