Wasn't sure about the fit at first, but the realistic texture actually makes it feel natural rather than awkward. The extra diameter is noticeable right away, and it stays put without any hassle.
Wasn't sure the extra diameter would actually feel different, but it does. The 19 cm guaina stays put once it's on, no slipping mid-use, which was my main worry.
The 7.5 inch size gives a real boost in both length and diameter, and it stays comfortable once it's on. I was worried it would feel unnatural but the realistic texture makes a big difference.
