Wasn't sure about the ring part at first, but wrapping it around made a bigger difference than I expected. The extra length is real and it stays put without pinching.
The material is genuinely soft, no irritation even after a long session. I wasn't sure about the testicle ring at first but it actually adds a nice extra pull.
